Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing premises Establish rental rates by surveying local rental amounts; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing available units
• Manage product inventory at independent distributors, rotate products for maximum freshness, create brand displays • Monitor stock of promotional materials and the availability of stock based on statistical analysis • Enters orders, assists sales reps and trains new merchandisers, as needed
• Tasked with managerial responsibilities, including coaching and teaching team management skills • Managed inventory within the Avis Car Database (MRT and NRT) • Managed customer requests with excellent customer service
