Mr. Bull joined Trace Associates Inc. (Trace) in 2006, and is the spill response team leader. Over the last 15 years, Mr. Bull’s primary areas of interest and experience lie in upstream oil and gas spill response, remediation and reclamation projects with values ranging from $50,000 to over $1,000,000. At Trace, Mr. Bull’s responsibilities include project management, client and regulatory liaison, contractor supervision and management, landowner communications, data interpretation, report preparation and senior review. Ryan’s expertise is in managing projects with complex spill, soil remediation and land reclamation issues, and where the landowners have special requirements.
