About

I have spent 6 years in the military developing important life skills such as time management, discipline and leadership. My time in the military has also taught me to be flexible, adaptive and creative. I have worked in various different areas such as explosive ordnance and disposal, Army welfare and administration, combat engineering and gunnery. In my time before the military, I ran a successful personal training business and managed a Gym in the heart of Brentwood, Essex where I regularly coached and helped improve the lives of my clients.
