Medical student from King’s College London, intercalating at University College London. My academic interests are in Dermatology, with particular focus on immunology and oncology. I am also curious about molecular dermatology with a particular focus on genetics. Working with the Dean, Admin staff and other leading students to redesigning the medical curriculum to match student needs.
Responsible for the overall running of the streams of the different In2MedSchool Acceleration Programme Streams focusing on bringing awareness on lifestyle medicine as well as supporting widening participation. This focuses on nationally supporting students with applications and helping them understand healthcare.
Responsible for organising and felicitating teaching sessions in a school to widening participation students.
The lead role for managing a team that is responsible for managing the budget of a Widening Participation programme for aspiring medical students. It also involves communicating with companies for sponsorship and organising grants.
Organising and leading the KCL Dermatology student society with particular focus on Clinical and Investigative Dermatology. Furthermore, focusing on leading and working with peers with similar passion to deliver events and support students in the university with a passion to dermatology.
Worked with peers and doctors to deliver encouraging talks to the wider university to develop skills in plastic surgery as well as in reconstructive surgery. Particular area of my focus was Surgical care on frontline with limited resources.
Gained clinical experience in multiple surgical and medical specialities focusing on developing clinical examinations and history taking skills.
