- Implement and follow strategic hiring procedures. -Manage and maintain the Saudization and diversity percentages through the application of different programs, initiatives, and events to ensure compliance with Client (ARAMCO) and government requirements. - Participate in the development of the HR department strategy and core projects to include best practices in line with the corporate strategy. - Ensure that the required talent and knowledge is recruited for the required positions in a timely and accurate manner, and in compliance to Manpower Plan organizational policies/procedure. - Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
- Develop and Implement policies and procedures to improve operations and the function of our project. - Preparing action plans for Saudization. - Vocal point between NSH and the client (Aramco) for administrative matters. - Finalize and track Saudization Reports. - Maintain Saudi Staff in Selecting and recruiting new employees. Maintain Saudi staff by Training and Orienting. Coordinate with department managers, regarding Saudi employeesperformance, tasks.
- In charge of all trade finance (Letter of Credit, Letter of Guarantee, Loans) - Prepare daily cash reconciliation report. - Vocal Point between Banks and our Procurement team. - Design forecasts predicting the company’s financial future and current financial trends
