Roel Wessels (detailed information at www.roelwessels.com) has a background in physics and a proven track record in high-tech product development, setting up result-oriented organisations and coaching & training professionals. His work is centred around breaking through the &-&-& paradox. Modern organisations face challenging objectives that leave increasingly little room for trade-offs between those objectives. Maximising all objectives at the same time (shorter lead times & higher quality & lower costs & higher flexibility, etcetera) requires a combination of expertise, creativity, leadership, teamwork and perseverance. The &-&-& paradox is also a key element of Roel's own profile. After all, combining (apparent) contradictions leads to new opportunities and ever-present positive tension. Roel Wessels’ profile: - & Professional: an autonomous professional with a drive to excel in his field. - & Bridge builder: a visionary leader who connects and inspires a large diversity of people, disciplines and domains (High-tech, Automotive, Healthcare, Agro & Food, Design and the Creative Industry). - & Finisher: a constant focus on objectives, results and exceeding the expectations of clients and stakeholders. - & Creator: passionately works on employees’ competences and job satisfaction and the sustainable development of organisations.
