At Worldstream we simplify complex technology, making it accessible to our customers. With our skilled people, our own data centers and our highly advanced network, we play a critical role in our customers infrastructure solutions. My own internet career started back in 2005 at Argeweb, a domain registration and web hosting company. From Argeweb we started a company called Amsio, specializing in Cloud, IaaS, managed services and application migrations. In 2017, Sentia Group acquired this company, supported by Waterland Private Equity where I got more international experience and later became Group CTO. In 2022, Sentia was sold to Accenture, where I worked as a managing director until joining Worldstream. My primary focus as a technology leader has always been on converting Cloud and Infrastructure technology into value for customers. I am passionate about technology still and use this every day in my work.

NBIP draagt daar actief aan bij: door belangen te behartigen én door concreet werk te leveren aan een veiliger en stabieler internet in Nederland. Vanuit mijn achtergrond in cloud- en infrastructuurdiensten wil ik daar een bijdrage aan leveren. Digitale weerbaarheid, continuïteit en onafhankelijkheid zijn thema's die ik dagelijks tegenkom bij Worldstream — en die op bestuurlijk niveau net zo relevant zijn.

Now that the cloud market reached maturity and nobody can imagine a world without cloud anymore, organizations need to embrace the capabilities of the cloud to transform their business and keep up with the developing and changing markets they are in. For Sentia this means that we should always listen to our customers and truly understand their business goals and needs. Seizing the opportunity to combine and deliver my technological and commercial experience to bring our company’s capabilities even closer to our customers, as of May 2022 I became responsible for the commercial teams in Belgium and the Netherlands while remaining CTO of Sentia Group.
Als CTO of Sentia Group I am responsible for our technical roadmap, our portfolio and product management. Close to the market and our customer to truly understand how we can help them achieve their goals by utilizing cloud technology. We do so by providing advisory & delivery, cloud control and optimization and digital experience monitoring solutions.
