      Starting March I was frontoffice for handing over new laptops to Employees due to replacing the existing laptops with a new better laptop. This was a half year project where every half hour I received employees that came to swap in their old laptop and were given their new laptops where I provided instructions on how and what to install on the new laptop. This project stopped for me half September From end September I am now working from Home as a helpdesk employee answering phone calls and creating and processing tickets.

    After a period of training in The Hague, 3 to 4months I went to another office of the same company located in Diemen, approx 10 k. from Amsterdam there I was responsible for the hardware for employees (laptops and accessories mainly) Handing laptops over to new employees. Receiving back laptops from employees leaving and the occasional swap of a laptop that was broken. Responsible for imaging laptops which happend via usb's During my time there I came with the idea of seeting up a simple cmdb using salesforce to be able to track (the history status and whereabouts of) laptops. Got all sorts of reports out of that cmdb for management reporting but also for inventory counts. I was also asked to track those employees that according to HR documentation whose employee contracts were to expire soon and write mails to the managers of those employees to ask for the returndate of the employee's laptop or if the contract was to be extended. For this I received overviews of contract end dates that I matched to data from the cmdb and used powerautomate to automatically generate and send mails. This office was cclosed in February 2024 after which I went back to HQ in Den Haag Back in Den Haag I was involved in the function of dispatching meaning forwarding tickets that are unassigned in the queue for the Helpdesk. In that function I turned a text file with information where to assign tickets to into an excel file with active search capability (so filtering on the search term. From roundabout June till end of December I had rhe same role there as I had had in the office in Diemen. doing next to the day to day work work in CMDB and employees whose contract were to expire.
