Running projects on behalf of financial control supply chain management. Particular focus on inventory cycle count and scrap processes from an operations, policy and SAP implementation perspective. Next to that, my role was to contribute to a larger program on a greenfield SAP implementation (factory and service warehouse inventory flows). The goal is to stick to standard SAP solution sas much as possible.
