My current role is CFO for the Ultrasound Product line and Managing Director of the German entity (>300M) - HQ of Waygate Technologies, located in Huerth, Germany. My role is a strong operation finance role with a strong strategic, mid-term and short-term business planning focus on optimizing operations to reach these plans (through in-depth financial analysis/ driving operations) and responsible as CFO for statutory filings for the GmbH which is the HQ for Waygate technologies. I have a > 28 years experience within General Electric and Baker Hughes wit different finance roles (P&L / BS) and Interim Product line leader of the UT product line. I also have some BD experience (Xray systems acquisition in 2008), with integration of the acquired business.
