Having graduated into the Financial crisis, upped and moved half-way across the world with a few weeks notice and taking on a Head of HR role one week before the 2019 pandemic. These felt like impossible challenges at the time but have made me a shrewd decision maker, innovative problem-solver and resilient people and business leader.
