• Presales, Kickoff and Scoping: Understanding customers’ business objectives and technical requirements, articulating the relevant benefits and outcomes realized through a Solution Assessment • Discovery: Determining the optimal platform to achieve the stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery • Analysis: Completing analysis of the collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report • Presentation: Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations in an appropriate summary form to relevant customer (CXO, Technical Lead, etc.) and Microsoft stakeholders (ATU, STU) • Cross-Team Coordination: Supporting a seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions with relevant Microsoft or Partner teams.
My primary role as a Cloud Architect is to work collaboratively with the direct sales team, clients & partners to provide support for all presales solution aspects of the sales cycle. I’m also responsible for qualifying and scoping requirements from customers, producing a solution and a key driver in the delivery of the project. I’m also responsible in strategizing and developing solutions that will bring value to the customers.
