National sales manager UK and Ireland responsible for the UK and Irish pharmacy channels and National Beauty Advisor/agency team
Sales Coordinator for Nuxe UK and Ireland (premium beauty) working across marketing, sales and supply chain teams. Experience in retail, pharmacy and professional beauty.

*Project management- fully co ordinate with all relevant teams to build strategy and actions for a full project launch *Maximize sales efficiency and simplicity across the Commercial teams by ensuring all channels within the teams have all tools, efficient processes (created if needed) and data needed to carry out their job roles fully. *Support all functions of the business where needed (Finance, Sales, HCP, Marketing and Key accounts) and make sure to understand each channel of the business. *ADHOC projects set by Commercial Director as needed for example, explore telesales opportunities within Ireland, negotiate, present to external company and operationally set up and execute. *Work with external customers and distributers to overcome challenges, issues and ensure smooth running of ADHOC projects (for example promotions for One pharmacy). *Report into Sales Director and as needed create data driven projects to ensure clarity of information across the business. Ensure that processes are clear and smooth end to end for all involved. This could be creating new projects from scratch, or assisting other channels as needed (creating P&L’s, assisting with distributers etc). *Work with different channels to assist in managing their FOC forecasting, track spend for Marketing Director.

Sales/ Education position-I was then promoted into a hybrid dual role (Business Development Manager) also covering Independent pharmacies across the North East.
