I have had a variety of different work experiences in my career to date, proving my ability to adapt. My passion is to have a career helping others in customer service, data analytics, sales, logistics, small business, or entrepreneurship. My strengths include being a good team player, being able to communicate in a friendly way, and I prefer working in a smaller entrepreneurial atmosphere. In addition to my work experience, I have educated myself using various LinkedIn Learning courses related to business software and tools, business analysis and strategy, leadership and management, sales, customer service, marketing, career development, finance and accounting, small business and entrepreneurship, and project management.

• In charge of cold calling telecom managers, colleges and universities, handled product returns, sample requests, sent out marketing literature and brochures, entered customer PO’s, and assisted with phone inquiries regarding price, availability, and PO status
