My goal is to bring the experience that I have gained in 20+ years of technology and business leadership and apply it to help others deal effectively with technology solutions. My experience includes all areas of IT from analysis and development to implementation of SAP R/3 to handling hardware and software trouble calls. I believe that I can be an effective leader in facilitating change within organizations through the use of vision and technology while building relationships at all levels of the organization that will produce efficient and productive solutions.
Responsible for coordination of backend systems integration throughout the Commercial division including data integrity, image storage and retrieval for outward facing websites as well as process flow within the group and at large.
Responsible for all aspects of information systems within the company. Successfully implemented SAP R/3 ERP system and acted as liason between manufacturing and contract consultants for any system enhancements and/or changes.
Responsible for the direct supervision and departmental direction of IE Systems staff. Department consisted of 1 Systems Engineer, 2-3 Associate Systems Engineers, 1 Innovations Website Manager, 1 Systems Trainee, and occasional co-op students. Responsible for overseeing direction of the Manufacturing Innovations Website Manager as well as content of the site itself housed on the corporate intranet.
