Overall responsibility for projects funded by the US Department of State and the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Managed project design, methodology, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for managing risk and quality aspects of the projects, and regular reporting on both program and risk updates. Recruited, developed and led a team of 24 expat, host country and third country national staff across three countries. Developed and maintained stakeholder relationships with beneficiaries, client, partner and other implementer agencies. Maintained compliance with donor and internal regulations, including oversight of individual procurement activities up to US$12 million.
Writes operations support plans and policies for the Afghan Public Protection Force (APPF), including convoy security, escort support, equipment and fleet management, fuel usage, and communications support. Develops forecasting tools to improve APPF ability to support Afghanistan-wide security operations. Develops financial forecast and expansion plans for the APPF.

Managing the delivery of all operations support to a large security and logistics company across the country in one of the largest central asian security environments. Overseeing fleet management, demand, maintenance, supply and distribution of all equipment, vehicles, weapons, infrastructure and IT requirements across sites dispersed around the country. Oversee support to several thousand employees and contractors to ensure that contractual obligations are met. Develop support plans for new business ventures.
