Develop, implement and manage coordinated approach for the importation and exportation in the E-Caspian Region; Recommend strategic plans to lawfully minimize import and export duties and fees; Recommend, and amend, as necessary, operations policies and procedures for compliance with importation and exportation; Monitoring of and training related to logistics and customs-related Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance, dual-use (non-military) export regulatory requirements, export licensing, restricted parties screening, non-proliferation screening, embargoes and sanctions (OFAC); Providing advice and assistance in determining how trade laws impact operations, including the coordination of customs rulings; Plan and coordinate internal audits of import and export processes; Act as the primary contact for applicable government agencies in the assigned Region;
