• Drug developer with 20+ years’ experience translating immunology into therapeutics across multiple modalities and indications, from target discovery/validation through to Phase 2 proof-of-concept (e.g. anti‑CD40 mAb Iscalimab in transplantation and autoimmune diseases). • Biotech company creator and C‑level operator (CEO, CSO, CDO, Co‑founder, EIR) with a track record of building teams and platforms, de‑risking development candidates to IMPD, and leading successful financings. • Strategic portfolio and commercial thinker with dual scientific and business training who has led new product strategy, indication and asset prioritization, TPP design, and early commercial planning in a major pharma (Novartis) and multiple biotechs. • Cross‑ecosystem operator at the Biotech–VC–Pharma interface, providing due diligence and company-building input as a Venture Partner, Investment Committee member and advisor to multiple funds and portfolio companies, while maintaining deep engagement with BD&L, Health Authority interactions, CROs/CDMOs, scientific and clinical KOLs as well as commercial experts. • Leader of high‑performing translational and computational biology organizations (up to ~40 FTE) known for integrating AI/ML and human multi‑omics into early R&D, and for empathetic, hands‑on mentoring that enables scientists and executives to execute efficiently from concept to clinic and toward value‑creating exits.
