I am a Cinematographer owner/operator who shoots primarily with my Canon C300 Mark ii and a set of Carl Zeiss Super Speed Cinema Prime lenses. Originally from Britain, I lived in Athens Greece for three years, then Bitburg, Germany also for three years before moving to the US. In the Autumn of 2017 I moved back to Europe. I started my film career in the TV studio on the production floor as a camera man and lighting tech and in the control room running the switcher and sound board. I then started doing more field shoots and producing short educational films for my employer at the time the Washington State Department of Ecology. This lead to wanting to do more film and I worked in my community creating short narrative films, documentaries and corporate films. My passion for filmmaking goes all the way back to my High School days when I studied Black and White still photography and spent hours upon hours in the dark room.
