Senior Process Engineer for the design of 360,000 gpd produced water treatment plant involving complex treatment train that includes pretreatment to separate oil, suspended solids and H2S / VOCs followed by ultrafiltration followed by ultra-high pressure reverse osmosis. Process design challenges include treatment of highly corrosive water, handling of highly flammable and hazardous gas and meeting stringent dissolved oxygen (DO) spec in treated water. Design also include coordination with 8 technology suppliers for 13 major treatment processes. - Development of Basis of Design, Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID). - Pump, Tank, Line sizing and mass balance calculations. - Vendor submittal reviews.
