Reports to the Supply Chain Management Executive Director with a role in strategic planning, initiatives implementation, and Pharmaceuticals agreements negotiation & execution. Confer with Supply Chain Management teams, healthcare professionals and suppliers in negotiations, conflicts resolutions, agreements, and process & relationship enhancement. Collaborate across the organization in developing key performance indicators and collecting and analyzing performance data against the defined parameters and benchmarking the outcomes. Keeping the teams updated on the progress made against the agreed upon actions and ensuring that the flow of information is accurate, timely and clear. Involve and implement the latest Government mandates like New Procurement Bylaws, Spending Efficiency, Etimad, Shamel and strengthen the linkages between the NUPCO/GCC and other group purchasing entities and the organization. In addition to pharmaceutical procurement responsibilities, report to the Supply Chain Management Director-Jeddah with the following responsibilities: o Representing the Supply Chain Management in the MANAGERIAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE o Making sure that all the JCIA's requirements / standards are secured and implemented. o Monitoring the Supply Chain Management's KPIs making sure that targets are met and coordinating to add more KPIs. o Improving the quality of the Department. o Updating the Supply Chain Management's IPP. o Updating the Quality Management Plan (QMP). o Performing and representing the Supply Chain Management as assigned in the teams or committees such as Fundraising, Safety Issues committees, etc. o Any task given by the Director of Supply Chain Management-Jeddah
