Having totally 7 years of team management and sales / marketing experience, I have had the chance to be active in many processes in brand; management, communication and marketing. Leading a team of 7 - 9 employees for approximately 5 years; I have succeeded also to learn much about leadership. I have also the mission of the performance management of the employees reporting to me. I have taken active role in defining and processing strategic planning of the company. Analyzing financial statements and defining price strategy Preparing profitability reports of different services and defining marketing strategy and profitability targets. Responsibilities: Sales and marketing of plastic injection parts and the molds to produce those parts in both national and international markets. Analyzing in Solidworks and Catia softwares 2D and 3D data of white goods and automotive industries and define the specifications of the molds necessary to produce them Preparing quotation basing on the data analysis and breakdown invoices of them Taking part in Quality Control processes of international customers. Managing general audits of international companies, presenting them the company in terms of production, quality, performance and finance. Analysing financial statements of the company for audits Finding and visiting new potential customers. Being in direct contact with the customers such as Arçelik, Toyota, Wolkswagen, BPO, Vestel, Liebherr, Faurecia, Whirlpool, etc. dealing with their needs, requests and complaints. Closing deals and increasing company's turnover. Attending fairs and representing the company. Achieving company goals. Assessment of monthly situation and presenting monthly reports to the CEO.
Responsibilities: Translation of national and international methods, standards and regulations considering textile products from different languages into Turkish. Adaptation of these translated standards to standing operating procedures. Delivery of these procedures to laboratories. Application of some hue tests to customers and laboratory staff. Preparing operational reports in order to develop operational construction.
