Having totally 7 years of team management and sales / marketing experience, I have had the chance to be active in many processes in brand; management, communication and marketing. Leading a team of 7 - 9 employees for approximately 5 years; I have succeeded also to learn much about leadership. I have also the mission of the performance management of the employees reporting to me. I have taken active role in defining and processing strategic planning of the company.
