Full-Stack Software Engineer at Kit: an email-first operating system born from ConvertKit’s evolution into an all-in-one creator platform. Kit empowers creators to own their audiences, automate growth, and monetize directly. As a member of the Builders squad, I mostly work on delivering customer-facing features: - Introduced Inertia.js into the project, delivering SPA‑style navigation across the app. By reducing full-page reloads and limiting payload sizes through partial updates, this optimization achieved approximately a 30% reduction in average route-change load time, resulting in noticeably faster navigation and enhanced user experience - Contributed in adding real‑time collaborative editing into Kit’s email editor by introducing a Hocuspocus integration: a websocket‑based backend built on the Y.js CRDT framework.
