I have a technical background in electrical and computer engineering. I hold a PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University and both JD and MBA degrees from Northwestern University. I obtained my bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Specifically, I took the following responsibilities for the company: (1) Business role - Conducting business development and establishing collaboration with various high tech companies. - Negotiating with potential investors on various business matters. - Founding the Guangzhou branch office and the Guangzhou team from scratch. - Securing fundings.
