In my journey, I highlight the introduction of new categories in the Grupo Nabeiro portfolio, thus creating a business diversification strategy, opening up to the startup ecosystem as well as the sharp expansion of the International area, with Delta now operating in more than 40 countries. Every day I work to earn the trust of my employees and whenever I have the opportunity I share my leadership experience either with partners and companies or with the academic community. My mission involves the sustainable development of the business, my employees and the brands of the Nabeiro Group, placing Delta Cafés in the top 10 coffee players worldwide.
General Management Operations at Delta
From Latin America to Africa and Asia, our sourcing operations span the coffee globe and ensure we are able to procure, process and supply the right coffee at the right time. In North America, Europe, Japan and Australia, our sales and marketing offices can provide not just physical coffee, but also risk management, product development, inventory control, research, and logistical services.
