My job experiences thus far have motivated me to influence change in society, starting from being a more self-aware individual. I believe that with every small attitude change, we can work towards a more inclusive and non-judgemental society.
- Facilitate timely and appropriate service referral and provision to persons with disabilities as well as their caregivers - Perform needs assessment and coordinate care planning with different stakeholders to support persons with disabilities
- Conduct intake, assessment and conduct regular casework to support ex-offenders in their rehabilitation journey - Provide programme planning and administrative support to assist ex-offender students who are keen to advance their education. - Develop and implement policies and processes for handling personal data
- Assessed and reviewed care/befriending needs of elderlies, providing relevant service linkages and resources to support them - Conducted dementia screenings and psychoeducation for over 100 individuals, to promote better mental and physical health - Provided ongoing training, communication, and support for a group of volunteers, empowering them to create a more profound impact in the community
- Conducted needs and intake assessment for drop-in migrants to identify case severity and key needs by gathering relevant information -Supervised the daily operations of Food Project and weekly MRT card top-up program to relieve the financial burdens faced by over 100 migrant workers -Liaised and worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the rights of the migrant workers were maintained and respected
