As Assisted Growth Partner Lead Germany I am responsible to drive growth with our Assisted Growth ISV partner and a team of Partner Development Managers. The goals are to drive digital transformation through AI, Copilot, Security relevant SaaS solution running on Azure and sold via Marketplace, , thorugh channel or direct. In my previous role I managed SAP Germany as partner and built a strong mutual customer foundation. I have a broad industry experience (Manufacturing, Retail, Public Sector, Financial Services) and a high level of expertise in cloud business, ERP and CRM domain (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), and business strategy. I hold a Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, and a Diplom-Betriebswirt degree in Business Administration and Bank Management from the German National Bank.
As Assisted Growth Partner Lead Germany I'm managing and supporting with a team selected ISVs based in/outside Germany who have compelling SaaS Marketplace solutions with strong impact on AI, Copilot, Security, and accelerate digital and AI-transformation of our customers in Germany.
As Alliance Manager I'm responsible for the partnership between Microsoft Germany and SAP Germany and to grow our joint business. I also drive our joint SAP & Microsoft partner ecosystem and serve as strategic advisor for our G/RSIs and ISVs to leverage the potential of the joint SAP & Microsoft innovation platform. Our SAP & Microsoft partnership mission is Driving INNOVATION Together - The Intelligent Enterprise and the Intelligent Cloud. And this mission is more relevant than ever before as our cloud has never been more intelligent than today.
My Mission: Enabling the Digital Transformation in our focus Industries by building industry/vertical specific virtual cloud solution packages available on our Cloud Marketplaces (AppSource, Azure Marketplace). In the new One Commercial Partner Organisation I'm managing strategic Cloud Industry ISV Partners who are interested in entering the German market or have Cloud business solutions relevant for other countries. Besides this I run strategic programs as - OCP Market Prioritization - identifying and aligning the growth and recruitment markets - OCP Connect - helping ISVs to connect with other Microsoft partners (Resellers, System Integrators, ...). In my role as Dynamics 365 Industry & ISV Lead I'm responsible for driving the transformation of our Dynamics partner solution ecosystem to Dynamics 365, building and selling vertical solution portfolios through AppSource.
In this role I was responsible for defining our Dynamics Industry strategy for Germany and ensure that Marketing, Sales and Partner Management focus on our prioritized verticals and market segments. Also giving strategic guidance to Dynamics partners is critical part of this role. Second as Strategic Program Lead I was responsible for defining and executing and managing v-teams on local level and close collaboration on EMEA- and Corp-level of our strategic growth programs as EMEA Industry Partner Program, ISV Go2Germany Program, Dynamics Academic Alliance.
