About

As Founder of AmbyHub, I am building the pioneering B2B matchmaking platform for the environmental sector. Before transitioning to entrepreneurship, I built a 20+ year career as a Senior Executive (former Environment Director LATAM at Cargill), leading large-scale environmental transformations with a focus on sustainability, environmental compliance, and corporate risk management in multinational companies. At Cargill, I led strategic initiatives that impacted 400+ facilities across 15 countries, managing US$ 150M+ in environmental compliance and improvements. My expertise covers complex environmental issues, significant investments, and multicultural management teams. Driven by new challenges, I ventured into electric mobility as co-owner of TUI Uberlândia. Leading the brand's B2C entry, we achieved record sales (120+ units) and innovated with AI integration for commercial processes. This entrepreneurial know-how, combined with the pain I experienced firsthand for years when searching for and hiring qualified environmental service providers, drove me to take the leap and found AmbyHub. AmbyHub is the digital platform modernizing the Brazilian market for finding and hiring environmental services, overcoming its current fragmentation and inefficiency. We provide industries with agility and security when searching for pre-qualified environmental suppliers, while simultaneously generating strategic leads and new business opportunities for validated service providers. Unlike generic directories, AmbyHub stands out as the first environmental matchmaking ecosystem to integrate Artificial Intelligence, curation, advanced analytics, and a modern interface. The robustness of our model was validated at Founder Institute Brazil, one of the most globally recognized early-stage accelerator programs, where we were selected as one of the finalist startups. As a founder, my goal is to innovate and facilitate connections, making AmbyHub the trusted choice in the sector. Our mission is to drive a more connected, efficient, and profitable market, accelerating environmental projects. With our MVP live and the model undergoing validation, we are currently in the testing phase with early adopters, positioned in a market with vast potential driven by sustainability megatrends. Connect with AmbyHub and be part of this transformation! Whether your industry is looking for agility and curation, or your consultancy wants to expand its reach, let's talk about how we can drive your results.

  • Founder at AmbyHub
    May 2025 - Present · 1 yr 3 mos

I lead the foundation and development of AmbyHub, a pioneering B2B marketplace platform, designed to optimize the management of environmental compliance and sustainability contracts – a vast expanding market with significant inefficiencies. My journey as a senior executive, combined with an entrepreneurial vision, has been fundamental in transforming a strategic idea into a company with real impact and exponential growth: • In-depth market validation: I conducted extensive customer discovery (40+ interviews and prototype usage via Lovable), which validated the profound inefficiency in the environmental sector – characterized by prolonged sales cycles and difficulty in finding qualified expertise. This approach confirmed the need for AmbyHub as the intelligent and qualified matchmaking solution. • Business model and growth strategy: I developed a strategic and scalable B2B monetization model, defining the target audience and a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for a national market of over US$ 7 billion. I structured the Equity and formed the initial team, gaining the trust of an angel investor, which validated the market potential and the strategic vision of the platform. • Agile leadership and product development: I led the development of the platform and the creation of a Lean Minimum Viable Product (MVP), with a launch scheduled for January 2026. We prioritized agility and continuous learning, focusing on initial traction with over 15 early adopter agreements. Our differential lies in specialized curation and intelligent matching algorithms, ensuring pre-qualified leads. • Capital raising and recognition: AmbyHub was selected and approved by the Founder Institute, a milestone that validated our thesis and granted access to a strategic network of mentors and investors. This recognition, combined with securing the first angel investment, strengthens AmbyHub's mission to generate business and connect people.

As co-owner and creator behind TUI Uberlândia, I spearheaded the strategy, planning, and execution for the market entry and consolidation of the TUI Motors brand in Uberlândia and the surrounding region, driving growth in the B2C electric mobility market. • Market development: I led the development of the business case and the implementation of the strategic plan for TUI in Uberlândia, including prospecting and planning expansion into strategic cities such as Uberaba, Ribeirão Preto, and Rio Verde. • Digital marketing strategy: I developed Go-to-Market strategies and led marketing initiatives that increased brand and product adoption, usage, and engagement. I created and executed high-impact digital campaigns, including content production that generated over 43,000 organic views on Instagram, serving as presenter and content creator. Our digital channel became a benchmark for other authorized stores due to the quality of its content. • Sales management: I led the commercial team to become the top-selling authorized store with the highest number of brand sales in 30 days (23 electric motorcycles), totaling over 120 units sold to clients in more than 8 cities in the region. • Product and process innovation with AI: I pioneered the customization of electric motorcycles, establishing a benchmark for the brand in Brazil. I introduced and integrated AI agents to optimize lead qualification and enhance commercial processes. • Operational and administrative management: I oversaw all store operations and high-volume client management, including team management, customer registration, invoice issuance, inventory control, and administrative, financial, tax, and fiscal support. • Partnership and events development: I established strategic partnerships to expand the brand's reach in the Triângulo Mineiro region, and organized promotional events and participated in trade fairs to strengthen presence and public relations.
