I work with founders, executives, and investors at moments where clarity, judgment, and leadership matter most. As an executive coach, I support leaders navigating growth, complexity, and transition — helping them think more clearly, decide more deliberately, and lead with consistency under pressure. Alongside my coaching work, I’m an active advisor and business angel, serving on advisory boards and mentoring founders across different stages. These roles keep me close to real decision-making, trade-offs, and the human side of building companies. I also invest as a limited partner in selected venture funds and fund-of-funds, with a deliberate focus on keeping capital invested in European startups and strengthening the European innovation ecosystem. My perspective has been deeply shaped by 27 years in technology and product leadership at Apple. Working with exceptional colleagues and leaders there formed my view on operational excellence, focus, self-reflection, and the craft of leadership — lessons that continue to inform how I work today. I value thoughtful dialogue, cooperation, and conscious personal development, and I enjoy working with people who are serious about creating lasting value — for their organizations, their teams, and the society they operate in.
