I supervise purchasing department, environmental management team and capital investments goup. Annual purchasing value is about 30 mln Euro and 2005 cost down result is 1,2 mln Euro. I also introduce new suppliers and develop the current ones. I run negotiations of new agreements and price and volume of annual purchase of steel and bearings components. I supervise EMS according to ISO 14001. I supervise capital investments (new projects introduction, cost control, agreements with subcontractors).

I supervised tool plant, energy plant and machine overhoul pant. Main taks was to create three separate companies working on free market. Two comapnies have been created and one was closed down. I negotiated closing down of overhoul plant with Trade Unions and employees.
