Over the past 30+ years, I have built experience across venture capital, public equity markets, and industrial technology businesses — navigating complex transformation situations that require disciplined governance, capital markets credibility, and durable alignment between management teams and long-term investors.
Serving as a non-executive director following the merger of voxeljet and ExOne, supporting governance, strategic alignment, and long-term value creation during the integration and transformation phase. ExOne Global Holdings is backed by Anzu Partners and Monacum Partners and operates globally across China, Japan, India, the United States, and Germany.
Led voxeljet AG through a critical transformation phase, including the transition from public listing, investor alignment alongside anchor investor Anzu Partners, and strategic restructuring initiatives to strengthen financial resilience and global competitiveness. Guided the organization through complex stakeholder, governance, and operational challenges during a period of significant change. Transitioned at year-end 2025 from the CEO role to serve as a non-executive director of ExOne Global Holdings following the merger of voxeljet and ExOne.
Led capital markets strategy, governance, and investor relations for NYSE/Nasdaq-listed voxeljet AG, securing over US$200 million through IPO and secondary transactions. Structured debt financings, managed SEC/Nasdaq compliance, partnered closely with the board and audit committee, and supported the company’s international expansion and strategic transformation.
Oversaw commercial and operational functions during international expansion, establishing scalable processes and strategic partnerships across key industrial sectors. Supported voxeljet’s transition into a publicly listed company and helped lead the successful NYSE IPO in 2013, raising US$100 million.
Pleased to serve since October 2016 as a member of the investment committees of Wachstumsfonds Bayern, Wachstumsfonds Bayern 2, and ScaleUp-Fonds Bayern, managed by Bayern Kapital – supporting high-growth companies across Bavaria.
