As the Managing Director of Operations at FRITZ WINTER NORTH AMERICA, I oversee the manufacturing operations of a leading supplier of cast iron components for the automotive and industrial sectors, such as Mercedes, BMW, Tesla and more. I have over twenty years of experience in managing foundries, leading turnarounds, start-ups, and optimization projects. I am also a certified ISO Auditor and an expert in sand control, melt practice, core production, scrap reduction, production line utilization, safety, and automation. My mission is to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers, such as CAT, Daimler, John Deere, Cummins, Paccar, and Volvo, while ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability. I apply lean, 5S, and other production methods to streamline production processes and improve bottom-line contributions. I also have extensive project engineering experience, managing capital projects and expansions. I am a driven, proven, and team-oriented leader who leads by example and empowers my staff to achieve their full potential.
