Manage the multiple products including Air,Ocean, export and import, Customs brokerage, distribution, domestic transportation, organize team fulfill customer requirements and adjust workload, and also support sales for business development.
Optimize operation process,improve team productivity,maintain regular customers with periodic retention meetings to know any service failure and get improved, attend sales and key account manger customers meetings to support them develop business opportunities.
After my good work performance in air, ocean,Import, brokerage, Order Management, Transcon, service provider management, business process analyst etc, I was promoted as Supervisor for all products, monitor all products comply with company’s policy and KPI, make smoothly transition for new business, visit customers for retention and new opportunities, win 100% customers satisfaction.
Transcon is Expeditors domestic transportation product, from 2012 I was nominated as leader to build up this product at Wuhan, I work with team and boss choose qualify service providers, standardize process, visit target customer,work out solutions etc. Meanwhile, I am also responsible for branch key accounts.
Work in Air and Ocean import and export product, monitor goods transportation and communicate with customers,understand customer needs and satisfied customer, familiar with whole product process and local market,closely cooperate with company global team.
