• Work on all tax terms like Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, Contract for the US market. • Sourced candidates through various Job Portals such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder and in our internal database and free job boards/posting/searches when required. • Initial screening of resumes and short listing of resumes based on clients job specifications. • Follow up on candidate status with Account Managers. • Very strong with networking and relationship building. • Strong Negotiation and Closure skills. Recorded applicant information accurately into company database to maintain accurate information relating to each individual and status of their submittals. • Involved in recruitment right from searching the internet for resumes, qualifying candidate, arranging technical interviews, negotiating billing rates, conducting reference checks, and follow up of submittals. • Ensuring the candidates join at the client place on the committed date.
