Duties and responsibilities: Gathers information, investigates and coordinates with the concerned departments of the dealership in solving the customer's concern. Conducts Post Service Follow Up (PSFU) for General Job and Body and Paint customers. Reports and documents complaints received by the Vehicle Sales and Service Departments by accomplishing the Dealer Contact Report (DCR) Assists in the implementation of Customer Relations programs and activities to improve customer satisfaction level Supports Kaizen activities of the Department Reports to the CRO Manager concerns that need TMP's assistance and/ or concerns that need to be elevated to higher management for decision.
Duties and responsibilities: -Sourcing of potential suppliers/leads for quotation tender through the internet, cold calls and referrals from the regular/old clients. -Find sales opportunities, contacting many potential customers, demonstrating the industrial product closing the sale with the customer -Ensure customer growth, satisfaction and retention through effective and efficient -Up to date connection, promotion and/or sale -Creating reports, maintaining files and reviewing competitor's products and the employer's new products to stay competitive. - Monitor the standing of HMR home brands in the market. - Make sure that the company has enough collaterals to promote and advertise our products. - Need to come up with ideas on what to do in promoting the brands such as making promotions or sales and doing photoshoots and videoshoots. - Make sure that all the catalogs and flyers are updated. - Monitor the analytics of all the brands social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) and their websites. - Make sure that all of the inquiries through email and social media account/ websites are being answered.
