At the communication agency Pilot, I developed media and creative strategies for both existing and potential clients, including Dr. Oetker, EnBW, Ricola and Klosterfrau. These strategies were guided by research into business results, industry trends, consumer behavior, competitor marketing tactics and brand metrics.
add2 is a digital marketing agency in Düsseldorf, where I led a team of up to seven online advertising experts, served as the main point of contact for the team's clients and supported the agency in winning new business through pitch presentations. Day-to-day, I set up and improved campaigns on platforms like Google and Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn and The Trade Desk DSP. By analyzing campaign and website data, I made optimizations that helped our clients achieve the best results for their advertising budgets.
I wrote clear, concise, and persuasive web copy for one of Belgium’s top four banks, making banking products easy for customers to understand. My writing spanned landing pages, direct mailers, banners and banking app interfaces.
ORI is the professional organization for consultancy and engineering firms in Belgium. I handled press releases, maintained the contact database, drafted monthly newsletters and managed the website.
