As Technical Program Manager at Workato, I lead delivery across our AI product portfolio — Agent Studio, Workato AIRO, and Enterprise MCP — working side-by-side with engineering, product, design and QE across multiple Product Areas. My work blends classic program management with a strong Product Operations lens: building the systems, data, and processes that let teams see clearly, decide fast, and ship reliably. Redesigning our planning process to introduce clear scope-confirmation gates cut spillover across AI initiatives from 76% to 29% in a single quarter — one of several examples of using data-driven process design, not just tracking, to change outcomes. I have a strong drive towards excellence, dedication and self-improvement, combined with the ability to apply critical thinking and motivate teams into high performance by providing a clear vision and clear objectives. For the past years, I've found People, Product, and Agile software development to be my greatest passions at work — and increasingly, applying AI itself to make program and product operations smarter. I've built Slack-to-Jira risk automation on Workato's own Agent Studio Genies, stood up governance for Enterprise MCP servers from scratch, and use Workato's automation tooling to run PMO operations at a scale that would otherwise require a much larger team. I truly believe one should always aspire to improve the current state of things — no one should be completely satisfied with what has already been achieved, and everyone should aspire to constantly improve their area.
Own technical program delivery across three core AI product lines — Agent Studio, Workato AIRO, and Enterprise MCP — coordinating engineering, product, design, and QE across multiple product areas. Redesigned the planning and risk process, introducing Candidate vs. Confirmed scope gates and a simplified 4-tier Health status; cut initiative spillover from 76% to 29% in a single quarter. Built and deployed a Slack-to-Jira risk capture system using Workato Agent Studio Genies, turning informal channel discussion into structured, trackable risk data across active initiatives. Established MCP server governance from scratch, including Jira ticket scaffolding from PRDs and mapping of MCP tooling to program initiatives — supporting Workato's Enterprise MCP strategy. Ran a full 3-quarter delivery analysis across AIRO, Agentic Platform, and Enterprise MCP, packaging findings into an executive-facing report used to guide planning decisions. Designed and published the team's Planning & Delivery Process Guide, standardizing scope confirmation and quarterly planning rituals across the PMO. Use Workato's own automation platform to run PMO operations — Slack channel provisioning, Jira field sync, executive reporting — at a scale that would otherwise require a larger team.
