Making people happy is a beautiful life goal, but combining it with endeavours that protect our planet so future generations have a place to be happy on as well, is what truly fulfils me. As facilitator, moderator and hospitality-driven young professional operating at the intersection of sustainability, people and events, this is what drives me every day. Currently, I serve as Vice Chair & Treasurer of the Dutch Youth Climate Movement, where I dedicate two voluntary days per week to accelerating youth engagement in climate action and sustainability. Alongside this role, I work at Hotelschool The Hague as Project Manager Industry Relations, connecting education, industry and strategic partnerships within the international hospitality sector. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Hotelschool The Hague and a Master’s degree in International Management from Rotterdam School of Management, part of the CEMS Global Alliance. My work and interests revolve around moderation, public speaking, youth participation, media & entertainment, storytelling and inclusive stakeholder engagement. I also have extensive experience in event management, marketing & sales and fundraising. I enjoy bringing together audiences, speakers and organisations in a way that creates positive energy, connection and inclusive and concrete dialogue. Known for my proactive mindset, strong organisational skills and positive energy, I thrive in dynamic and international environments. Whether moderating a panel, leading a project or facilitating collaboration between stakeholders, I aim to create experiences that are both professional and genuinely engaging. I am particularly interested in topics related to sustainability, innovation, leadership, youth participation and the future of hospitality and society.
Member of the board of the Dutch Youth Climate Movement. Responsible for fundraising, financial reporting, payments and ensuring a healthy financial position for the organisation. Managing the Acquisition / Groen Geld work group. Voluntary. 2-3 days per week.

Responsible for various activities of the Sales & Industry Relations department of Hotelschool The Hague. Organising international alumni events and national alumni reunions. Assisting with managing the Alumni Platform (Hivebrite). Organising events for industry partners (e.g. Industry Advisory Board). Student competition coordination. Representing HTH at conferences and with partner school visits.
End-to-end management of event series (Semi Finals and Finals) during multiple editions. 300+ student attendees, 40+ executive jury members, booking hotels, flights, event locations. Organised events in Amsterdam, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bangkok, Miami and Montreux. Sales calls and individual contact with over 120 participating universities from all continents. Facilitating and MC'ing the events on stage. Responsible for internal and external communications, PR and partnership contacts. Since July 2024 as parttime employee of Hotelschool The Hague.

Moderator, day chair and event host for conferences, panels, talk shows and live events across the fields of hospitality, education, sustainability and youth engagement. Available in Dutch and English. Personal highlights: 🎤 Main Stage Moderator at Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) World 2024 in Dubai, moderating executive interviews, international panel discussions and Sustainable Hospitality Challenge sessions alongside global hospitality leaders. 🎤 Talk show host for the livestream event 'Bekijk je Toekomst in het HBO' at Inholland Den Haag, conducting live interviews with students and academic staff in an hour-long programme aimed at informing and inspiring prospective students and parents. 🎤 MC and facilitator of TEDx Hotelschool The Hague 2024, hosting an evening programme featuring six TED speakers around the theme “The Space In-Between” for a full auditorium audience. 🎤Facilitator and event host for the Sustainable Hospitality Challenge from 2022 onwards, leading consecutive days of programming, speaker transitions and audience engagement across multiple locations (Amsterdam, Montreux, Bangkok, Miami, Abu Dhabi). Combining positive energy, professionalism and strong people-focus to create engaging conversations and smooth event experiences for both speakers and audiences.
One time event. Week long fulltime volunteering job at the Eurovision Song Contest Basel 2025. Part of Media & Communications, in the Photo Management team. Working in a team of 6 to manage 40 professional photographers throughout the week.
