The Incubator is the go-to spot for disruptive (H2+H3) innovation and acts as the execution engine for collaborative innovation with external partners and start-ups, my role is to: • Lead the sustainability portfolio, working across all AkzoNobel business units, with a remit to introduce and execute adjacent innovation projects impacting our sustainability targets. • Lead a global Accelerator program to accelerate investible joint value cases in close collaboration with external innovation partners (e.g. start-ups)

Agile Transformation and Digital Innovation is part of the IM CIO Office who is leading the agile transformation in AkzoNobel. We provide knowledge and expertise on Agile Transformation and build capabilities that enable Digital Innovation to contribute to business growth. • Delivering global agile training programs and workshops such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Scrum, which have had a reach of 1000+ employees globally. • Executing and coaching agile projects as agile coach/ scrum master / project manager (exact role differs per project) and guiding innovative (exploration) projects through an agile innovation process.
