In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce and will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance You will also play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location Our Operation’s workflow has three major components: First mile - where the product is housed and ready for order; Middle mile - where the order is hauled to your area; and Last mile - when the product is delivered to the customer’s door Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
You’ll collaborate with a high-energy, driven team as you build a solid foundation in sales and operations Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts - including many of the Fortune 500 Manage our large inventory of world class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic workspace Generate new business leads as well as foster existing customer relationships Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs Leads by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store Role models outstanding customer service Creates a positive internal and external customer experience Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
