Attaché A1 legal advice and regulation (consumers & companies+ competition): - providing legal advice to consumers and companies (mostly SMEs); - follow-up on B2B legislation Book VI Code of economic law (including B2B law, UTP directive) - monitoring revision of the Late Payment Directive - contributing to the review of European competition policy (HBERs, MVBER, mergers, etc.) - providing legal advice BE competition law (including cartel ban, abuse of dominant position, abuse of economic dependency) - participation in Benelux competition working group - BE presidency of the EU: Vice Chair of the Working Party on the revision of the package travel directive (Dir. (EU) 2015/2302).

Attaché A1 legal advice, regulation and litigation: - providing legal advice on regulating civil servants' pensions, workplace accident annuities, civil war victims and victims of terrorism; - preparing new legislation (drafting legal texts and regulatory provisions) - managing and following up disputes (examining the competence of the court, the admissibility and merits of claims, drafting decisions, filing conclusions, etc.).
Attaché A2 commissioner reporter pensions: - follow-up of applications for a recovery pension of victims of terrorism and civilian war victims; - redaction of ministerial decisions, preparing legal conclusions for commissions; - comply with relevant jurisprudence and legal doctrine; - managing and supervising a small team of administrative staff (bilingual NL + FR).
