Spent a year at the Football Association as part of FA Chairman's England Commission, set up to improve the fortunes of the England National football team. Managed the development and financing of the FA’s £230m initiative to radically overhaul and improve grassroots facilities across cities in England. Organisation design study for a top 10 global logistics company. Advised the global CCO on the structure, responsibilities and reporting lines of a global commercial organisation to coordinate commercial functions such as new business generation, account management and market intelligence across territories, divisions and clients. Cost reduction project for a leading UK logistics business. Analysed the cost base from the perspective of reducing non-headcount costs across all areas of the business including fuel and vehicle costs and use external contractors, projecting an economic benefit of £4-5m.
