Following the acquisition of PRMA Consulting, my role continues to focus on delivering strategic market access solutions and supporting pharmaceutical clients in achieving successful pricing, reimbursement, and market entry outcomes.
PRMA Consulting rebranded as Avalere Health in October 2023 following an acquisition. The company focused on delivering strategic insights to support clients in optimizing market access and pricing decisions.
Main Responsibility: Supported the development of the reimbursement dossier and the adaptation of the Budget Impact Model (BIM) for the Greek market of a Heart Failure drug by conducting a Burden of Disease (BoD) study and leveraging key insights. Key Contributions/Learnings: 1) Presented BoD study key findings and unmet needs in Heart Failure specific to the Greek market to a cross-functional team, informing evidence generation discussions and shaping the local strategy to demonstrate the drug’s value in the national reimbursement environment. 2) Gained experience in P&R mechanisms and pharmaceutical policy in Greece, developing a deep understanding of the industry and its evolving landscape.
In the Developmental Neurosciences Programme at UCL, I participated in scientific research projects on Duchenne and Becker muscular dystrophy, conducting animal studies and analysing and interpreting data to develop novel therapeutic approaches. Additionally, I managed laboratory invoicing and trained MSc students in laboratory techniques.
