- Team leader at Silent Stone Music, an award-winning music production company. - Project management for concept-to-completion creative projects for independent artists, corporate clients, and television broadcasters. Responsibilities included: - Designing and executing a creative concept for clients, and managing resources within the established budget and delivery date. - Coordinating communication with talent resources and supervising attended and remote sessions. - Creating mockups / drafts for client approval, and establishing a plan of action to address client revisions. Highlights include: - Producer of Canadian Juno Award-winning recording project, and several Juno Award-nominated projects - Project Manager of a 5.1 surround DVD project featuring a live multi-national event with a cast & crew of 1400 individuals at the Rogers Centre (Toronto ON Canada). - Former in-house arranger/track programmer for Emmanuel Studios.
- Weekly management of a multi-cultural / multi-generational department of approx. 100 team members. - Coordinated with guest artists, production teams, musicians & keynote speakers for weekly presentations for audiences of approx. 2500 people. - Special event coordination of cast & crew of 250 members to audiences of approx. 10,000 people. Responsibilities included: - Managing annual department budget - Coordinating use of intellectual property - Training & development of current talent resources. - Created strategy & implemented expansion of core team with short-term and long-term goals.
