Case Management and Investigation: • Investigate a wide range of general crimes such as theft, fraud, assault, and other offenses. • Gather and analyze evidence, including physical, digital, and testimonial evidence. • Conduct interviews and interrogations with victims, witnesses, and suspects while adhering to legal protocols. • Maintain accurate and detailed case records and logs. Collaboration and Coordination: • Work closely with other law enforcement agencies, forensic experts, and other investigative units to ensure a comprehensive approach to solving cases. • Liaise with legal counsel and prosecutors (AGC) to prepare case files for court proceedings. Crime Prevention and Awareness: • Analyze crime trends and provide recommendations to prevent reoccurrence. Adherence to Legal Standards: • Ensure all investigative activities comply with local laws, regulations, and organizational policies. • Prepare and present evidence and findings in court, providing testimony as required. Administrative Duties: • Complete detailed reports summarizing findings and progress of investigations. • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of sensitive information related to cases.
