Team Manager (Public Services Divisions) Northgate Information Solutions UK Ltd Reporting and analytical support: • To provide reporting analysis to the Group Credit Manager for Key Performance Indicators, debtor analysis and staff performance Finance support for Stakeholders: • Cover on meetings – internal and external (Cash meeting, KPI cash calls) Operational team management: • Create monthly targets, reviews actions from customer and vendor account reviews, document all actions and issues for outstanding invoices • To drive staff performance by reviewing weekly and monthly performance of staff against agreed targets and KPIs • Provide coaching and training to staff to ensure that all processes are followed according to policy • Review all credit limits and exceeded payment terms on a fortnightly basis Team Leader (Managed Services Division and Public Services Division) Northgate Information Solutions UK Ltd • To drive staff performance by reviewing weekly and monthly performance of staff against agreed targets and KPIS • To provide reporting analysis & writing to the Finance Manager for KPIs, debtor analysis and staff performance • Provide coaching and training to staff to ensure that all (escalation) processes are followed according to policy • To review all outstanding receivables with Credit Controllers and provide guidance and targeted actions for resolution • To hold monthly 121 development reviews and provide input into staff appraisals • Act as a point of contact to staff for requesting holidays, reporting sickness and dealing with punctuality and absences
