About

Roy Chan has almost 15 years of experience specializing in economic impact assessment, market and demand analysis, and financial viability assessment. Roy has served clients in both public and private sectors and advised them on a wide range of infrastructure developments including large-scale comprehensive development projects, science parks & industrial estates (IEs), transportation facilities, and tourism and commercial facilities. Roy has led a number of the landmarked economic impact assessments for the HKSAR Government. In particular, Roy has recently been engaged in the Investigation for Artificial Islands in the Central Waters (Lantau Tomorrow), and the reviewing land requirements related to market-driven economic uses in Hong Kong. Prior to joining PwC, Roy was a Senior Research Analyst in the Financial Secretary’s Office of the HKSAR Government. He led many of the economic assessment works in the Government to evaluate the land supply, science park, I&T, tourism, real estate, and infrastructure projects from a Government perspective.
