Worked on a potential building materials company IPO deal. • Implemented the verification of the authenticity of sales and checked the situation of the third party direct payment. • Finished checking 35+ sales contracts, receipt vouchers, and bank vouchers and collected these files as working papers. • Persuaded dealers to refine field visiting arrangement based on the characteristics of clients and finished 25 visits in two weeks.
Fully engaged in two Exchangeable bonds issue for a household electric appliance enterprise. • Conducted due diligence in the aspect of company, industry and financial statements and completed more than 40+ working papers. • Assisted in writing the prospectus and due diligence report and mainly contributed to the industry overview section and business and technology section. • Prepared application materials for 2 private-placement bond issuance according to the CSRC requirements; all progressed into the internal audit phase as a result. • Constructed a ratio-sensitive model to identify terms of the issue; results were used by the team leader in a report which delivered to clients. • Served as a liaison between the intermediary institutions and other members of our team to communicate different requirements, guaranteeing the smooth progress of the project. • Interviewed management team for in-depth knowledge of the company and evaluated its liquidity and solvency.
