- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy for Pizza Hut & PHD Hong Kong to drive customer loyalty, retention, and lifetime value. - Analyze customer data to uncover actionable insights into dining behaviors and preferences, championing the voice of our customer - Manage and optimize loyalty program (Hut Rewards & yuu) to reward members and encourage repeat business - Map and optimize the entire customer journey, from online ordering to in-restaurant dining, to create a seamless and personalized experience - Maximize business advantages and maintain market awareness, sensitivity and response to the changing customer and market needs
Customer Relationship - Formulate and implement CRM strategic initiatives to recruit new & retain members, enhance Watsons’ brand loyalty and acquisition in market - Conduct regular member’s analysis & translate the quantitative and qualitative data findings into actionable insights for member’s privileges & promotion - Lead and implement CRM strategy and MoneyBack member programs including VIP retention, win-back, auto-replenishment, and reward activities to connect customers via Marketing 360 - Work closely with internal parties (Group and Regional team) in planning and organizing promotions, member programs and events e.g. Watsons One Pass, character collaboration - Initiate collaboration with Bank and Fintech partners incl. HSBC, AlipayHK, Alipay, Wechat pay etc. - Monitor campaign effectiveness with KPI setting, on-going evaluation & improvement recommendation - Plan and liaise with potential partners for Watson’s redemption programs to uplift the ATV, ATF, shopping basket of members - Collaborate with Win-supplier in targeted member exclusive campaign and promotion Brand Marketing - Planning, developing, and executing advertising and promotion campaign of exclusive brands in health, skin, and personal care categories - Responsible for 360 Marketing including ATL, BTL, O2O, social media, digital marketing and CRM program - Well Controlling on A&P budget for new product launch, brand re-launch, seasonal campaign, and co-responding products to achieve the KPIs - Liaise with strategic media, agencies and partners for brand campaign and joint promotion opportunities - Coordinate with internal and external parties on POSM design, in-store and outdoor display production and to ensure excellent execution of campaigns and customer experience - Analyze the consumer behavior and react competitors’ activities by instant strategic action/promotion - Develop Cross Border Campaign to acquire tourists and complete the O2O shopping experience
