Harbour Area Treatment Scheme (HATS) is a major Government infrastructure project in Hong Kong. Under the current Stage 2A, it would provide treatment to the sewage from the northern and south-western parts of Hong Kong Island which had not been subject to primary treatment. The existing preliminary treatment works (PTW) would be upgraded to divert the sewage flow to the sewage conveyance system and to increase the treatment capacity. - Review contractor's submissions - Site supervision and programme monitoring - Contract administration works - Monitor site safety matters - Involved in QA/QC works - Liaison with various government departments to obtain approval regarding the modification works
